The Ivory Pocket, fixed and better sounding
- Visible from the courtyard: the hall's lit interior shows through the arch from anywhere in the courtyard you can see the arch from, the spawn plinth included. Before, it only appeared once you were nearly at the door.
- Solid tables:
- The rails round every table are back. They had gone missing when the table's wood was merged into one mesh, which let you see through where the wood should be.
- The turned legs were also drawn inside out; they're the right way round now, and the green lamp shades show from both sides.
- Lamps on when you walk in: the lamps over the tables were on the render layer the player's camera leaves out (the one that hides your own head in first person), so they only showed in the table's own camera during a game. They have their own layer now.
- Ball in hand: the cue ball follows your hand as you move it, lifted a little off the cloth until you put it down. It's no longer left where it was until the shot. Other players watch it move too, and so does a skeleton's ball in hand.
- Realistic sounds:
- Balls meeting: a hard, dry crack in three strengths (soft kisses are duller), with two takes of each so runs of shots don't repeat.
- Cushions: a soft-attack rubber thump with the rail's wood.
- The cue: a rounded leather "tock", or the crack of a break.
- Pockets: the ball knocks on the fall, then drops into the leather basket and settles against the others. Snooker has its own drop into a string net.
- New, the roll: the rumble of balls on the cloth, louder the more is moving.
- The rest: a better rack and chalk, a short wood-panelled room tail on everything, and snooker's smaller balls sit slightly higher in pitch.
- Pool test: now 58 checks, including the rails being built, the lamps being visible to the player, and the cue ball following the hand.
